Sturgeon ADMITS she can’t guarantee independent Scotland EU membership – blames Article 50

NICOLA STURGEON admitted she cannot guarantee an independent Scotland would be given European Union membership, but blamed the lack of certainty on the delay in triggering of Article 50.
