David Davis warns MPs: We will NOT enter Article 50 negotiations with our hands tied

DAVID DAVIS today told MPs the Government "WILL NOT" enter Brexit negotiations with its hands tied as he urged the House of Commons to scrap peers' amendments to the Article 50 Bill.
